🔹 What is PEEK+GF30
PEEK+GF30 is a reinforced version of pure PEEK, where the added glass fibers increase rigidity and hardness by 40–60%. This composite features minimal deformation, exceptional fatigue resistance, and a thermal expansion coefficient similar to aluminum. It is the gold standard for automotive and industrial applications where precision under extreme heat is critical.

- ❌ Incompatible: PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, PET (completely different melting points).
💡 ReplastMD Recommendation: Use PEEK rods at 390°C. Heating must be done slowly to ensure uniform matrix melting without charring the fibers. Slow, controlled cooling is crucial to avoid internal stresses.

- Engraved marking: >PEEK+GF30<, >VICTREX 450GL30<, >VESTAKEEP GF<.
- Texture: Matte, rigid, slightly rough to the touch.
