🧩 P/E-I-EPDM-TVX15 – PE+PP Copolymer + EPDM + Modified Mineral

(Advanced copolymeric olefin material, resulting from the blend of Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) with isotactic structure (I), modified with EPDM for flexibility and treated mineral filler (TVX) for superior mechanical and thermal stability)

🔹 What is P/E-I-EPDM-TVX15

P/E-I-EPDM-TVX15 represents an improved generation of “TV” compounds, where minerals (calcite, silicate, or dolomite) are chemically modified (X) for better adhesion to the polyolefin matrix.

The result is a semi-flexible, dense material with low shrinkage and high UV stability. It is a premium material typically used in exterior parts for Renault, Nissan, Dacia, and Mercedes, where durability, controlled elasticity, and OEM-quality matte finish are required.

🔧 Composition

ComponentTypical ProportionRole
PE (Polyethylene)30–35 %Flexibility and impact absorption
PP (Polypropylene)35–40 %Structural stability and rigidity
EPDM (Synthetic Rubber)10–15 %Elasticity, cold-weather performance
Modified Mineral (TVX)15 %Mechanical strength and thermal stability
Additives< 5 %Protection and extended durability
