🔹 What is CTFE

CTFE is the “ultimate barrier” material. At ReplastMD, we treat it as a high-precision polymer for corrosive environments. Its molecular structure, featuring strong carbon-fluorine bonds and chlorine atoms, provides excellent resistance to gas and vapor diffusion. Unlike PTFE, it is much more rigid and resists deformation under load, making it ideal for high-pressure seals, cryogenic components, and advanced sensors.
